Consensus Standards for Light-Sport Aircraft

The Federal Aviation Administration has accepted two new and two revised consensus standards for the Sport Pilot and Light-Sport Aircraft rule, developed in collaboration with ASTM International Committee F37 and effective September 1, 2004.
