Department of Homeland Security Submits Information Collection Request for USCIS Forms

The Department of Homeland Security, through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is extending the public comment period for information collection requests related to three USCIS forms, including the Application for T Nonimmigrant Status, Application for Immediate Family Member of T-1 Recipient, and Declaration of Law Enforcement Officer for Victim of Trafficking in Persons, Form I-914 and Supplements A and B, by 30 days.
