US Custom Harvesters, Inc. Granted Exemption from Commercial Driver's License 'K' Intrastate Restriction

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted U.S. Custom Harvesters, Inc. (USCHI) an exemption from the 'K' intrastate restriction on commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) for custom harvester drivers operating in interstate commerce, allowing younger drivers to operate without being cited during roadside inspections.
