EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) that aim to reduce air pollution from motor vehicles through mobile source incentive programs, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
