Department of the Air Force Announces Availability of Foreign Patent Rights for Government-Owned Invention

The Department of the Air Force is making available foreign patent rights for the FAST BREAK NEEDLE, a government-owned invention, following the implementation of the Bayh-Dole Act and related regulations, as outlined in International Patent Application No. PCT/US17/023215 and published as WO 2017/0023215.
