Bureau of Land Management Announces Draft Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for San Juan Islands National Monument

The Bureau of Land Management is opening a comment period for its draft plan, which aims to manage natural resources in the San Juan Islands National Monument, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
