EPA Approves West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Amendments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of West Virginia, updating the effective date for incorporating national ambient air quality standards and their monitoring reference methods.
