EPA Announces Availability of Document for Identifying Potential Chemicals for Prioritization

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a document outlining its approach for identifying potential chemicals for prioritization under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and is now accepting public comments on the proposal, with a public meeting scheduled for early 2019.
