EPA Approves New Jersey's State Implementation Plan for 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved several revisions to New Jersey's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to implement Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), focusing on controlling air pollution from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx).
