Draft Restoration Plan 1 and Environmental Assessment for Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill

The Open Ocean Trustee Implementation Group, acting on behalf of the federal natural resource trustee agencies, has released a draft restoration plan for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, proposing three alternatives for restoring natural resources in the Gulf of Mexico. The plan aims to address the environmental damage caused by the spill, which occurred on April 20, 2010.
