FERC Seeks Public Comment on Market-Based Rates Information Collection

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is requesting public input on the ongoing collection of data for Market Based Rates for Wholesale Sales of Electric Energy, Capacity and Ancillary Services by Public Utilities, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
