U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel RAY

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a vessel, allowing it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, as long as it is three years old or more.
