EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Plan for Reducing Fine Particulate Matter Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which addresses the infrastructure requirements for transporting pollution related to the 2012 fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
