EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rules for 28 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing significant new use rules (SNURs) for 28 chemical substances, requiring manufacturers and processors to notify the agency at least 90 days prior to commencing a significant new use, which would be subject to a review period.
