US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Lined Paper Products from India

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Goldenpalm Manufacturers PVT Ltd., an Indian producer/exporter of lined paper products, received subsidies during the 2016 calendar year, and is seeking public comment on the preliminary results.
