EPA Approves Ohio's Sulfur Dioxide Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for sulfur dioxide emissions, updating facility information statewide and adding new emission limits for selected sources in Lake and Jefferson Counties, following a proposal made on August 16, 2018.
