Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard has created a 500-yard safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River, near St. Louis, MO, to protect against potential hazards from electrical lines installed across the river, and prohibits entry without authorization from the Captain of the Port or a designated representative.
