EPA Withdraws Significant New Use Rules for 27 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn significant new use rules (SNURs) for 27 chemical substances, following receipt of adverse comments and a request to extend the comment period, as required under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
