DOE to Grant Exclusive License for Brain and Spinal Cord Treatment Patent

The US Department of Energy (DOE) is set to grant an exclusive license to The Research Foundation for The State University of New York to practice a patent for methods to treat damaged brain and spinal cord conditions and various diseases using X-ray microplanar beams, owned by the US government.
