EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Warren County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by Pennsylvania to demonstrate attainment of the 2010 sulfur dioxide (SO2) air quality standard in the Warren County nonattainment area, which includes parts of Warren County and the United Refining Company.
