National Marine Fisheries Service Announces Draft Recovery Plan for Blue Whale and 5-Year Review

The National Marine Fisheries Service is seeking public review and comment on a revised recovery plan for the endangered Blue Whale, while also initiating a 5-year review of the species' status and requesting new information.
