EPA Reopens Comment Period for Significant New Use Rules on Certain Chemical Substances
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for proposed significant new use rules (SNURs) for 27 chemical substances, which were initially set to expire, due to a late request from stakeholders to extend the comment period.
