National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Procedures

The National Endowment for the Humanities ("NEH") proposes to promulgate procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ("NEPA"), Executive Order ("E.O.") 11514 (as amended), and Council on Environmental Quality ("CEQ") NEPA implementing regulations. Pursuant to CEQ regulations, NEH is soliciting comments on its proposed procedures.
