FINRA Approves Rule Change to Pay Arbitrators $200 for Deciding Without Hearing

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to pay each arbitrator a $200 honorarium for deciding on a contested subpoena request or a contested order for production or appearance without a hearing session.
