Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Summer Academy

The U.S. government is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to host a four-week summer academy for up to 27 teenagers, including 17 foreign students and 10 American students, to focus on leadership development and cultural exchange in July 2010.
