SEC Reopens Comment Period for Capital and Margin Requirements for Security-Based Swap Dealers and Broker-Dealers

The Securities and Exchange Commission is reopening the comment period to gather feedback on proposed rules that would establish capital and margin requirements for security-based swap dealers and broker-dealers, as well as segregation and liquidity requirements for certain entities.
