BOEM Announces Final Sale Notice for Commercial Wind Leases Offshore Massachusetts

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering three commercial wind energy leases on the Outer Continental Shelf offshore Massachusetts, with the leases to be awarded through an ascending bidding auction format, following the unsold areas from the 2015 Atlantic Wind Lease Sale-4.
