DOD Authorizes Delegation of Authority for FY19 Defense Spending

The US Department of Defense has delegated authority to the Secretary of the Air Force to make certain decisions regarding the FY19 defense spending under Section 1604(b) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
