NAFTA Binational Panel Reviews Terminate Dispute Over Circular Welded Steel Pipe

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Secretariat has completed the review of a dispute between the US Department of Commerce, Maquilacero S.A. de C.V., and Wheatland Tube, resulting in the termination of the panel review process, effective October 11, 2018.
