Texas EPA Proposes Authorization of State-Initiated Changes to Hazardous Waste Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed authorization for Texas to make minor changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), which would also codify the state's prior approval and incorporate relevant state statutes and regulations.
