EPA Settlement with 12 Parties for Macon Naval Ordnance Plant Superfund Site Cleanup Costs

The US Environmental Protection Agency has entered into a settlement with 12 parties to address cleanup costs for the Macon Naval Ordnance Plant Superfund Site in Macon, Georgia, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). The EPA will only accept comments on the cost recovery portion of the settlement.
