EPA Approves Indiana's Public Water System Supervision Program Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has tentatively approved Indiana's revised Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) Program, which aligns with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations, and will grant the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) primary enforcement responsibility for these regulations.
