Nasdaq Approves Rule Change to Extend Cutoff Times for On-Close Orders

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has approved a proposed rule change to extend the cutoff times for accepting on-close orders entered for participation in the Nasdaq Closing Cross, as modified by Amendment No. 1, and make related changes.
