PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Information Collection on Multiemployer Plan Partitions

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking OMB approval to extend the Paperwork Reduction Act for a collection of information related to Partitions of Eligible Multiemployer Plans, and is inviting public comment on the request.
