Department of State Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Information Collection

The Department of State is requesting public input on proposed information collection forms, including DS-4138, DS-4139, and DS-4140, which are required for Foreign Diplomatic Services Applications, and is seeking OMB approval for these collections.
