Performance Review Board Membership Requirements

The Performance Review Board (PRB) for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services must be composed of a standing roster of board members appointed in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 4314(c)(4), which requires their publication in the Federal Register, and must review and evaluate senior executive performance, recommend bonuses and pay increases, and evaluate initial summary ratings.
