U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Nebraska Department of Transportation's US-275 West Point to Scribner Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Nebraska Department of Transportation's proposed expansion of US-275 from a two-lane highway to a four-lane expressway, which will impact jurisdictional waters and potentially affect wetland easements, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
