DoD Proposes Amendments to DFARS to Implement FY 2018 National Defense Authorization Act

The Department of Defense is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to expand the definition of other competitive procedures and extend contract authority for advanced development of initial or additional prototype units, as mandated by the FY 2018 National Defense Authorization Act.
