DoD Issues Final Rule to Repeal Outdated DFARS Clause

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to remove a clause from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) that is no longer necessary, following a proposal to streamline acquisition processes.
