The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to remove a provision from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) that is no longer necessary, following a request from the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L).
