EPA Submits Renewal Request for NESHAP for Inorganic Arsenic Emissions from Glass Manufacturing Plants

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of an information collection request related to the regulation of inorganic arsenic emissions from glass manufacturing plants, with a proposed extension of the current approval period through November 30, 2023.
