EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP Rubber Tire Manufacturing to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has resubmitted an information collection request (ICR) for the NESHAP Rubber Tire Manufacturing rule, seeking public comment, after a previously requested 60-day comment period expired, and now extends it by 30 days.
