HHS Announces New Matching Program for Affordable Care Act Eligibility Verification

The Department of Health and Human Services is launching a new matching program with the Department of Defense to verify eligibility for minimum essential coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act using DoD health benefits plans, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
