NMFS to Issue Permits for Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Research and Conservation

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) plans to issue permits for Atlantic highly migratory species (HMS) research and conservation in 2019, allowing for limited collection of HMS for scientific research, data collection, and public display. NMFS will host a public webinar to provide information on the permits and answer questions.
