NMFS Receives Application for New Permit and Safe Harbor Agreement for Endangered Coho Salmon and Steelhead

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received a proposal to enhance the survival of Central California Coast Coho Salmon and Steelhead, which are listed as endangered and threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The application includes a request for a new permit and a proposed Safe Harbor Agreement with NMFS.
