DHS Extends Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Sudan and Nicaragua, Maintains Status for Other Countries

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced that beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations for Sudan and Nicaragua will retain their status, while the preliminary injunction order remains in effect. The agency is also automatically extending the validity of related documents for these countries until April 2, 2019.
