U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Conduct Study on New York and New Jersey Harbor Anchorages

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is planning a General Reevaluation Study to assess the environmental impact of improving the anchorages in New York and New Jersey harbors, taking into account changes since the 2000 feasibility study.
