FMCSA Grants ACPA Request for Exemption on Hours of Service for Concrete Pump Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) request to exempt concrete pump operators from the 12-hour return-to-reporting-location rule, allowing them to return within 14 hours instead.
