U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Trans-Saharan Professionals Program

The U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting grant proposals from eligible U.S. public and non-profit organizations to support the Trans-Saharan Professionals Program, a professional exchange initiative aimed at promoting mutual understanding and partnerships between U.S. and counterpart groups in eligible countries.
