Federal Agency Publishes Public Notice of Intent to Modify Existing System of Records

The U.S. government is issuing a public notice of its intention to update the Assignment and Correspondence Tracking (ACT) System, a system of records that tracks correspondence and assignments, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974. The proposed updates were last published on January 11, 2006.
